How do I estimate which size to use? • **Only ashes:** This is generally estimated based on the pet's weight before they passed away (refer to the chart above). However, due to differences in bone density and physique, the amount of ashes after cremation will vary for each pet. • **Ashes + some bones / complete skeletal remains:** There is currently limited data for this, making it difficult to accurately estimate the size and length of skeletal remains. Additionally, the urns from Moonset House have limited capacity. It is recommended to confirm the actual volume and dimensions after the pet's passing before deciding on the urn size. Q2. What if I'm unsure about the amount of ashes? The safest approach is to first ask your pet's funeral service provider if they can supply a temporary paper container. After cremation or aquamation, confirm the weight of the ashes or the dimensions of the skeletal remains before selecting a size, and then transfer them to the urn upon receipt. (**Special reminder: For pets weighing over 20 kg, if they are slender, the amount of ashes might be more than expected. In about 10% of cases, slender pets have "lighter weight but more ashes." In such situations, it is recommended to choose a larger size urn for safety.**) Q3. What if I find that the ashes or bones don't fit after receiving the urn? • Reason one: Sometimes, due to the pet being slender, the proportion of bones might be heavier, leading to a fit issue. • Reason two: The moisture-proof bag or desiccant takes up space. You can remove the bag or desiccant, seal the urn, and store it in a dry place. • You can also choose to have some of the ashes made into other accessories or keepsakes. **(Due to hygiene and customization considerations, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been sold. Dark areas will be darker, and bright areas will be brighter. 2. Colors will be slightly grayish. 3. Resolution and sharpness will be reduced. How long can the string lights stay on? What is their lifespan? These lights use about 10+ hours of battery life. They do not get hot when continuously on. However, as they are electronic consumables, prolonged continuous use can easily burn out the bulbs. Humid environments and pulling on the wires can also shorten their lifespan. Q2. What if the lights break? Can you replace them for me? If the lights are damaged within 7 days of receipt, we will send a replacement. However, due to the original design where the switch is fixed by hand, replacement is not easy. A. For standing lamp styles, each base and the rotation angle of the lamp are different, so direct replacement might not be possible. You may need to find another spot to place it yourself. B. For string lights, customers will need to re-wrap them, and the switch can be placed separately behind the glass enclosure of the artwork. Q3. What are customer feedback responses? Currently, over a dozen of this style have been sold. A.
