・Capacity: 6-15 people per session (minimum participants for class to proceed: 6)

・For registrations made the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has started before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following policy applies:
- For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded, according to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Management of Short-Term Supplementary Schools" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
- For refund requests submitted between the 59th and 8th day before the class starts, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
- For refund requests submitted between the 7th and 1st day before the class starts, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you actively communicate your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
- On the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted as materials and venue arrangements have been finalized. Participants who do not show up will be considered forfeits.
- To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeit.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying persons who have not purchased a ticket are not permitted to join, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to switch to another session or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・Photos and videos may be taken by the organizer during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media and other recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and special arrangements will be made.
