We value its relaxed, natural appearance that allows you to enjoy "aging" rather than "deterioration." Because we use shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving flaws" may appear, which can look like "fraying" at first glance. These are unavoidable with the use of old machinery. We strive to minimize these by thorough inspection at the factory and careful cutting of the fabric, and by using any pieces with flaws in less visible areas. However, due to the nature of the machinery, it's impossible to eliminate them completely.
