Began studying jade carving in Taipei in 1988. Received an honorable mention in the Craft category at the 14th Nan Ying Art Exhibition in 2000 and participated in a jade exhibition at Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall in August. Invited to participate in the Hualien International Arts Festival in 2001, demonstrating live carving in the local creation zone. Selected for the "Dream of Craftsmanship" award at the 10th Taiwan Craft Design Competition in 2002. Invited by the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute to exhibit in the "Taitung Local Special Exhibition" at the Presidential Office in 2003. Invited by the National Taiwan Museum to exhibit indigenous carvings in the Czech National Museum as part of the "Formosa's Thousand Faces" exchange exhibition in 2005. Participated in the "Gathering of Jade Carving Elites from Across the Strait" exhibition at Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall in 2013, showcasing his work in the dedicated area for Taiwanese Jade Masters.
