Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly, retaining unique textures and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These marks are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, slight indentations or scratches on the leather surface are also unavoidable. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within the normal range. Respecting life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid them except for major scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfect consistency of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique, delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a sheen, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to the owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather product uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, there are color differences in screen displays. Secondly, even within the same brand, different batches of stock and varying storage times can result in color variations in the leather. Even on the same piece of hide, different areas may absorb color differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order [Customized Order]. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have the stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
