Dropping or impact may cause the product to break. 3. Each item is made to order. Cement requires time to dry and the sealant needs to cure, so please allow for production time. (Drying times can also be affected by weather.) 4. As the sealant is hand-applied, expect slight variations in each piece. 5. Each item is handmade, ensuring its unique character. Please ensure you are comfortable with these variations before purchasing. The final appearance may differ slightly from the photos due to the nature of cement molding. 6. Small air bubbles are a natural occurrence during the pouring process and are a normal characteristic of cement. (In fact, these bubbles can enhance the beauty of the material.) 7. During the drying process, some minor shrinkage or slight unevenness on the poured surface may occur as moisture evaporates. This is normal and we aim to position such surfaces at the bottom or less visible areas of the product. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before purchasing. 8. Anti-slip pads are attached to the bottom to protect surfaces and prevent slipping. 9. The logo on some products is meticulously carved from precious Taiwanese cypress wood and can be customized with your desired text. 10. For items like incense holders or ashtrays, residue from use is normal. Please exercise caution with open flames. 11.
