Unlike flawless-looking PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique textures and marks from the animal's life—such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins—which are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches that occur during processing, transport, and crafting are also considered within the normal range as long as the surface is not broken. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) avoid these markings, except for large scars. If you are sensitive to this, please consider carefully. While the finished product cannot compare to machine-made perfection, it possesses a delicate warmth and texture. Over time and with use, the leather will develop personal scratches, deepen in color, and acquire a natural sheen, creating a unique appearance. This is the characteristic charm of vegetable-tanned leather. **/ Color /** First, there will be screen color variations. Furthermore, even with the same brand, leather color differs between batches and storage conditions. Even on the same hide, texture and dye absorption vary by location. Color consistency between different orders is not guaranteed; please refer to the actual product. **/ Customization /** (No appreciation period. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.) This item is "made-to-order." Please leave notes for customization requirements such as "stitching" and "embossed text/font" when ordering. If no notes are provided, it is understood that the designer will choose the stitching color and the embossing will be left blank. As every order is customized, it cannot be resold.
