Do not order if you cannot accept these terms. ---------------------- **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. During processing, transportation, and crafting, minor indentations or scratches are inevitable. Unless the leather surface is damaged, we consider these within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them, except for major imperfections. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-produced items but possesses a unique delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, darken, and gain a sheen, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to you. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, colors can vary between different batches of incoming stock or due to different storage durations. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **"customized item."** Please note your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no notes are provided, you agree to let the designer choose the stitching color and leave the embossed text area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.). We understand that "online customization" may sound risky, so if you have very specific requirements, it might be safer to purchase from a physical store.
