Digital files are not provided. - Different paper types will result in different visual effects. If you have a specific paper preference, please inquire before purchasing. - Portrait drawing typically takes around 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The exact delivery time will be communicated based on the current order queue and complexity of the artwork. - We will provide a watermarked line art sketch as a first draft. Minor revisions are free within 7 business days of the first draft submission. - Portraits are based on reference photos (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). Please inquire before purchasing if you have specific modification requests. - After production begins, modifications such as changing the original reference photo, other complex changes, or post-coloring edits (e.g., changing facial features, hair, clothing, pose, or adding body parts not shown in the reference photo) will incur an additional fee. - If you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos after production has started, it will be considered a new order and require a separate purchase. - Once printing has commenced, no further modifications can be made. - As these are custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not possible. Payment upon delivery is also not available. - Finished products may be publicly displayed.
