**▶ A Little Reminder:**
1. Since paint can be difficult to remove from clothing, the studio provides aprons. However, to protect your clothes, please avoid wearing garments with overly wide sleeves or precious fabrics – think of yourself as a calm artist, not a fluttering butterfly.
2. No food or drinks are allowed indoors during the pandemic.
3. Our studio operates on a small-group basis to minimize gatherings. Please wear a mask indoors during this period.

**▶ Registration Process and Rules:**
1. Please follow the steps to complete your order, including selecting the number of participants and time slot.
2. In the event of force majeure such as typhoons or natural disasters that prevent the class from being held, the government's announcements will be followed. The standards for class cancellation and refunds will be based on the announcements for the location of the event. Students will be notified of any cancellation by the day before the class, and alternative make-up class times will be provided.
3. It is recommended that children under 12 years old be accompanied by one parent to complete the course. Only ticket holders may participate; unregistered individuals are not permitted to accompany or join the session.
4. Admission begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Entry will be denied for latecomers exceeding 30 minutes, and no refunds will be issued.
5. The organizer may conduct on-site photography for the experience event and upload photos to official social media channels afterward. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
**▶ Refund Policy** (All refunds are subject to a processing fee of NT$50)
1. Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the class date (excluding the day of) will receive a 100% refund of the activity fee.
2. Cancellations notified between 7 days and 4 days before the class date (excluding the day of) will receive a 50% refund of the activity fee.
3. Cancellations notified within 3 days before the class date (excluding the day of) will not be refunded.
**▶ Please Ensure the Following When Visiting:**
1. Complete the SMS contact tracing registration.
2. Upon entry, please cooperate with the temperature check. Individuals with a temperature above 37.5°C will not be permitted entry and should return home to rest.
3. Please wear a mask at all times when entering the classroom and maintain an appropriate distance from others.
4. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant are available for hand sanitization.
5. We are currently unable to accommodate participants with a history of contact with confirmed cases, travel history to affected areas, or symptoms of respiratory infections.
6. If the pandemic situation changes or escalates, affecting your class after you have placed your order, you may choose to attend as scheduled or postpone your session. Full refunds are available for classes impacted by Level 3 restrictions.
