The Ode on the Red Cliffs is a piece of writing penned by the Chinese poet Su Shi in 1082. It recounts a journey he undertook with friends on the Yangtze River, passing the historic site of the Battle of Red Cliffs. Composed in the traditional fu form, this artwork celebrates the confluence of literary and artistic mastery.
