Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins – these are not flaws. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal unless the leather is significantly damaged.
