Items are shipped randomly, and returns or exchanges based on pattern selection are not accepted. ✔ This product is a custom order, made by skilled women after you place your order, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. However, the brand offers a 7-day exchange service for defective items. Buyers who are extremely particular about perfection and cannot accept minor imperfections in the burlap sacks or variations in color or pattern compared to the photos are advised to consider carefully before purchasing. ✔ Returned items must be in their original packaging. If the product has been improperly disassembled, used, or damaged (scratched, scuffed, stained), or if the packaging is incomplete, rendering it unsaleable, or if accessories are missing, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
