📍 We offer hot stamping in English and a limited selection of Chinese characters (refer to the illustration below). We do not offer stamping of "numbers" or "symbols." If you require special stamping, please message the designer to discuss. 📍 All keys will feel slightly stiff when first placed in the leather case due to added thickness. They will become softer and easier to use after a period of wear. Please consider this before ordering if you are sensitive to this. 📍 Key case designs vary depending on the "purchase year" and "owner's selected options" for each car model. Please send a photo of your key for verification before placing your order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Items will be shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. While imperfections may not be apparent on the flat leather surface, they can become more noticeable once the leather is shaped into a three-dimensional form. If the leather has too many flaws, we will discard it and start anew. Handmade items are time-consuming and labor-intensive, so please be patient. 💁🏻 Please send a photo of your key for verification before ordering. Even within the same car model, designs can differ based on the year or the owner's selected options. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to verify with a photo, and you attempt to force your key into the case, causing deformation or damage, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. **1. Its light hue is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, and the leather's natural grain is more prominent. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged, while Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution from the hot stamping machine, especially with many or long characters, or all uppercase letters, the gold foil may peel. This is an unavoidable outcome, so please consider your chosen text carefully. 2. The hot stamping add-on covers the price for a single line of stamping only. It does not include back or multi-line stamping. 3. This product is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of the item(s). Typically, items are shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends. 4. Leather naturally has grain patterns and may bear marks from the cow's life, such as scars or insect bites. Please proceed with your order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. All product photos are actual representations. However, color variations may occur due to computer screen settings and lighting. The actual product color is the final reference. 6. Handmade items may show slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and cannot be expected to be as flawless as factory-produced goods.
