Due to the use of ceramic glaze and hand-painting techniques, we are unable to reproduce watercolor paintings or artworks with excessive rendering or overlapping colors. We recommend selecting drawings composed of distinct lines and color blocks. 3. How to upload images: Click "Contact Designer" > Select "+ Send Image" to send your picture. Please also include your chosen bowl style, quantity, and any specific customization requests in your message. 4. Please provide a clear, front-facing photo of the original artwork. A direct photograph is sufficient. The file size should ideally be under 2MB. 5. The designer will quote a price based on the complexity of the artwork. Once confirmed, please place your order and make the payment according to the amount provided. 6. After payment is confirmed, the designer will message you to confirm the customization details. Production will commence three days later, and orders cannot be canceled. 7. If you wish to modify the customization details after the order is confirmed, and if the item has been made but not yet fired, a fee of 50% of the product price will be charged for the change. If the item has already been fired, modifications are not possible. 8. This product will be hand-painted directly onto the bowl or plate according to the artwork. Drafts for confirmation or modifications are not provided. 9. As this is a handmade product, the average production time is 20 working days. Shipping time depends on kiln firing schedules. Please refer to the announced shipping times. Ensure the estimated delivery time is acceptable before placing your order. 10. This product is hand-painted, not digitally printed. The ceramic glaze used may not perfectly replicate the child's original brushstrokes and colors. Therefore, minor differences between the artwork and the final product are to be expected.
