Each coffee is assigned a single optimal roast level. This approach avoids discrepancies in roast perception with our customers and ensures that if you have any questions about the flavor of your purchased beans, you can discuss it directly with us. We are happy to share our expertise and will even demonstrate brewing methods on-site for your confirmation. __Micro-Batch Roasting:__ We use the GoCoRo digital hot air coffee roaster for our roasting. This roaster was developed and designed in-house and is the earliest roaster in Taiwan with APP control. The roaster designer, Fred Feng, is our roaster. The maximum roasting capacity for this machine is only 300g per batch. Therefore, after receiving a customer's order, we roast, test the flavor, and then package only half-pound bags for sale. __Roasted-to-Order:__ In addition to the roasted beans scheduled for sale in our shop this week (beans sold in our shop are roasted within the past two weeks), all online orders will be roasted on the day they are received and scheduled. We will complete roasting, aging, packaging, and shipping within three business days of receiving your order.
