Pull it snug for greater accuracy. *Method 2 1. Cut a strip of non-stretchy paper. Use tape to secure one end of the paper strip around your wrist. 2. Wrap the paper strip around your wrist, pull it taut, and mark where it overlaps. When laid flat, you will have two marks. Measure the distance between these two marks with a ruler to find your wrist circumference. 3.
