※ Entry begins 15 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time.
※ Yarns are for classroom use only.
※ Photography is permitted for personal records, but video recording is strictly prohibited.
※ A pre-class notification will be sent 1-2 days prior. Please ensure your email contact information is accurate to avoid missing it. If you do not receive the notification, please contact us. We will not send additional phone reminders.
※ Seating is limited to ticket holders. Companions without tickets will be admitted only if space is available.
**Refund Policy**
※ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Kua Kua Weaving will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
※ If you are unable to attend after payment, you may request a refund through the order system. A 30% fee will be charged to cover all incurred expenses. As designers need 10 days to prepare materials, refunds or exchanges are not possible within 10 days prior to the event.
※ For rescheduling, please contact Kua Kua Weaving at least 3 days before the event. Rescheduling is limited to one time.
**Together Against the Pandemic**
※ If you feel unwell within three days prior to the event, or have a travel or contact history related to COVID-19 affected areas, please seek medical attention promptly.
※ In accordance with the workshop venue's policy, please sanitize with alcohol and have your temperature checked upon entry. Individuals with a temperature exceeding 37°C will not be permitted to enter and are advised to rest at home. We will assist with rescheduling.
※ Masks must be worn during the course (please bring your own).
