The fabric is high-grade Japanese imported Kyoto Ichimonji chirimen crepe, hand-cut and meticulously shaped into each petal. Designed for hair, it can also be used as a decorative accent on a kimono obi sash. The flower's angle can be subtly adjusted to suit your styling needs.
