The short handles are thickly stitched and have a comfortable grip. A snap button secures the opening. *Model wearing is 177cm tall (male). "Durable, soft, and lightweight." V.D.L.C. bags are crafted by artisans, one by one, with simple designs that suit various aspects of life. Through a unique weaving process, we transform canvas, which typically has a stiff and heavy image, into a light and soft 100% cotton bag. We've carefully and meticulously crafted these bags with the desire to "long accompany each individual's life." They are durable and machine washable, providing the reassurance of always being able to keep them clean. This bag subtly supports your daily life and will become uniquely yours as it ages with use. -------- Please Note -------- *V.D.L.C. fabric, woven on shuttle looms rather than mass-production machines, offers "lightness" and "softness." We cherish its relaxed, natural appearance that allows you to enjoy "aging" rather than "deterioration." As the fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving flaws" may appear, which can look like small "frays." While these are unavoidable with the use of old machinery, we make every effort to minimize them. This includes thorough inspections at the factory and careful cutting of the fabric to avoid these areas. If a flaw is found, we use it in less conspicuous parts of the bag. However, due to the nature of the machinery, it's impossible to eliminate them completely. We hope you will appreciate these weaving flaws as a mark of the traditional shuttle looms and a unique characteristic of the bag.
