When the entire range of NO PALE KITCHEN North American natural log kitchen products leaves the factory, they all use American Walrus Oil, a special oil for log chopping boards that is made in the United States and has obtained NSF certification and complies with FDA standards. The ingredients are purely natural and only contain mineral oil, coconut oil, beeswax oil, and vitamin E. , the log materials are made of Japanese Koyo KR-7800 splicing that complies with the Japanese Food Hygiene Law standards.
◆Because log chopping boards are natural materials, they still need to be maintained as diligently as cast iron pots or iron woks during use, which can greatly reduce the chance of mold, deformation, and cracking.
◆In the first month after unpacking, it is recommended to wipe the chopping board with special maintenance oil at least twice a week for more frequent maintenance. Then wipe it dry immediately and place it in a ventilated and dry place to dry in the shade. Do not use strong chemical detergents or use a dishwasher to clean, and do not expose it to direct sunlight to avoid deformation or cracking of the original wood cutting board.

◆The log chopping board is kiln-dried wood imported from the United States. If it absorbs moisture unevenly during daily use, it may be slightly deformed. This is the natural material property of logs. If the cutting board is deformed during daily use and has not recovered after being left to dry in the shade for more than one day, you can wet both sides of the cutting board with the arched side facing up. Generally, it will recover after drying for about half a day.
