Natural crystals may contain internal fractures, inclusions, mineral gaps, or small dark spots. These are characteristics of natural stones and not defects. Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare products, and refrain from wearing while bathing, swimming, or visiting hot springs to preserve the quality of the crystals and metal. The 14K gold-plated brass accessories offer good color retention, but they may still oxidize and fade with improper care or prolonged wear. It is recommended to dry them with a soft cloth after contact with water and store them in a resealable bag when not in use for extended periods to slow down oxidation. ♦ Shipping and After-Sales Service ♦ Basic packaging is used for shipping. For product defects not caused by human damage within 7 days of receipt, please contact us for assistance (photos are required). After this period, repair fees and round-trip shipping costs will apply. Customized products are non-refundable unless there is a defect.
