As it is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving imperfections" may appear, which can look like minor "frays." While these are unavoidable with the use of vintage machinery, we make every effort to minimize them through thorough quality control at the factory and careful fabric cutting. If found, they are placed in less conspicuous areas. However, due to the nature of the machinery, they cannot be entirely eliminated.
