For plating, both jewelry and industrial plating processes are utilized. If you have concerns about material allergies, please inquire with the designer before placing your order. Most of our items are made to order. The Pinkoi desktop version displays estimated shipping times. For in-stock items, shipping takes 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require a waiting period. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to confirm if they can create it for you within your timeframe. Items processed by our factory require a longer production time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving... Items priced above NT$2000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under NT$2000 can have a box added for an additional purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased together will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still receive one). For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth or silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4.
