**Repair Services**
For damage not caused by external force within six months of purchase, we provide free repairs.
Damage resulting from pulling, squeezing, or impact during wear, such as breakage, deformation, scratches, or diamond loss, is considered externally caused and will incur a repair fee.
**Product Packaging**
All diamond jewelry purchases include a branded gift box, shopping bag, diamond polishing cloth, and a certificate of authenticity.
**Important Note**
Some jewelry products are made of 10K gold, which has a lower gold content than 18K. If you have experienced skin allergies when wearing jewelry, we recommend choosing 18K gold pieces.
