Extreme temperature differences may cause the glass to crack. Please place glass items in a safe area to prevent accidental bumps or falls. Keep out of reach of children and individuals with limited mobility. Keep away from open flames or high heat sources. Glass should not come into direct contact with flames, as localized overheating can cause damage or breakage. Avoid using in microwaves, ovens, or dishwashers, as this may alter or damage the glass. Prolonged dry heating can lead to excessive temperatures, creating stress that may cause the glass to crack. Therefore, extended dry heating is not recommended. When the ambient temperature drops below 10°C during a cold spell, it is recommended to allow the glass lid to warm up to 20-25°C before placing it on a heated pot. This helps prevent extreme temperature differences that could lead to cracking. 7. Do not rinse with cold water immediately after heating to avoid potential cracking due to rapid temperature change. If the glass lid and pot seem to fit too tightly, causing significant friction or resistance, it is advised not to place it directly onto the pot for heating. This is to prevent potential cracking caused by the stainless steel expanding excessively when heated and pressing against the glass lid. Consultation with the manufacturer is recommended. 9. The knob handle on the glass lid should not be overtightened. It is recommended to secure it so it does not wobble, to avoid directly pressing on the glass lid body and causing potential cracking. 10. Before each heating, it is strongly recommended to check the glass lid for any cracks. If cracks are present, do not use the lid to avoid the risk of explosion during heating. 11. It is not recommended to use high heat or to heat for more than 15 minutes, to prevent potential explosion during heating. 12. For daily simmering and soup making with medium-low heat: continuous heating for 1 hour is generally acceptable, provided there is sufficient liquid in the pot and dry heating is avoided. Otherwise, stress may build up and cause the glass to crack. Therefore, prolonged use is not recommended. 13. Warranty coverage: damage, cracks, or breakage present upon unboxing a new product. (Please provide an unboxing video.) Out of warranty: Cracking due to localized stress concentration caused by manually tightening, spinning, or forcefully adjusting the handle. Damage to the lid caused by using non-recommended tools or unauthorized disassembly/reassembly of the handle. Cracking due to dropping, impact, knocking, or pressure during use. Glass cracking due to prolonged dry heating or rapid cooling. Inability to provide proof of purchase or items past the warranty period. It is strongly recommended to check for cracks before use. If cracks are present, strongly advise against using the lid to prevent potential explosion during heating.
