Osmanthus Rice Crisps

The perfect beginning for our Flower & Rice Crisps, how could it not be Osmanthus. We believe that only Chinese people, deep down, truly understand and cherish Osmanthus. Osmanthus flowers hand-picked from the branches, and those swept from the ground, are worlds apart, in value and price. Freshly picked flowers, brewed with rock sugar, matured with time, simmered into syrup with maltose, fleur de sel, and olive oil, mixed with puffed rice and almonds, then hand-shaped and cooled. The sugar coating is thin and crisp, the floral aroma is delicate and elegant. It's a labor of love, but so worth it~ Origin/Manufacturing Method Origin: Taiwan
