Shipping will occur within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item will require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. While surface imperfections may not be obvious when the leather is flat, they can become more pronounced once molded into a three-dimensional shape. We will discard and remake any pieces with excessive flaws. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English letters can be freely arranged and stamped, while Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm in height, lowercase letters are 3mm in height. The hot stamping add-on service covers only one line of stamping and does not include stamping on the back or multiple lines. 3. This product is made to order. Working days vary depending on the size and quantity of the items. Generally, shipping will occur within 10 business days, excluding weekends. 4. Natural grain patterns are inherent to leather. Marks such as scars or insect bites from the cow's growth period may be present. Please order only if you accept this. 5. Product photos are taken of the actual items.
