It usually takes about two weeks to a month to complete the order. However, some of our watches can be shipped in 3 to 4 days if they are already made to some extent before you order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us and we will let you know the approximate date of delivery. ◉About handling watches Some watches are subjected to a load in order to create a design. If the watch is defective within one month after delivery, please contact us and send it to us with cash on delivery. Battery replacement can also be done at your local watch store. However, in rare cases, they may refuse to replace the battery because it is handmade. In that case, we will replace the battery. (We will replace the battery free of charge within 6 months of purchase.) These products are precision instruments, so please use them properly. This product is not waterproof, so it is not resistant to water. Please refrain from using it in places following. ・Where the temperature is too high or too low. ・Where it's humidity ・When it rains. In addition Please refrain from using the product in the following places. ・Strong vibration ・Where there is strong magnetism, such as computers, TVs, and cell phones. The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. If the product is damaged by normal use, it will be repaired free of charge. But you must pay shipping fees. If the product is damaged by water, magnetism, or shock, it will not be covered by the warranty even if it is within the warranty period. ◉ About stained glass Our watches are made of stained glass. Some glasses have bubbles or waves in them. Please be aware of this before purchasing. ◉ Handling of products Our watches and accessories are made of brass or silver. Brass is a material that contains copper and zinc, like a 5 yen coin. If you leave it exposed to the air, it will turn a dull color overall. If it is left exposed to salt or moisture, such as sweat, it may develop a greenish blue color. The greenish blue itself is harmless to the body. When you come home and take off your necklace Please wipe it dry gently with a soft cloth. To prevent oxidation, please put the necklace in a box that is not exposed to the outside air. It is best to store it in a zippered transparent bag. If you find that the product has become greenish-blue or dull in color, we recommend the following methods ・Scrub with a metal brush. ・Wipe with a commercially available brass metal polish. ・Put a paste of baking soda and water 2:1 on a cotton swab and rub it lightly. 　Be sure to wipe with a cotton swab soaked in water at the end. In any case, this product is made from brass that has been browned by firing, so if the process is too strong, the original gold color may be lost. It is best to do it lightly while keeping an eye on it. For silver items, you can use the same basic method as for brass. When you are not using it, please keep it in a small transparent bag with a zipper or in an airtight space. If it becomes blackened, spray it with silver cleaner. However, it may not be possible to polish all the details. If you want to restore the silver color to the smallest details, we can disassemble the parts, clean them, and polish them (for a fee).
