VII. Care and Longevity
(1) Avoid humidity and direct sunlight.
(2) To remove dust, use a hairdryer on its lowest setting or gently brush with a soft brush.
(3) Dried flowers typically last 1-2 years, and preserved flowers 3-5 years.
However, with proper care as described above, they can last even longer, depending on how well they are cherished.

I. As materials must be prepared before the event, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after payment. Participants may contact the brand to discuss rescheduling options (one reschedule permitted, and the new course must be completed within one month of the original date). If no alternative slots are available or agreeable to both parties, no refund or further rescheduling will be offered.
II. Doors open promptly at the scheduled time. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
III. Workshop and venue fees are per person. If you wish to bring a companion, please inform us in advance. A venue fee of NT$500 per person (including children and adults) will apply.
IV. If the actual number of available slots differs from what is displayed on the platform, the brand will notify the consumer, who may then choose a refund or rescheduling.
V. If you have a preferred color scheme, please confirm with us at least 3 days prior to the event. The designer will prioritize your preferred colors or materials, but the final selection will be based on weekly availability and the designer's discretion, and may not be an exact match. If no color preference is provided, the designer will make the selection. Should the designer inform you that a requested color is not feasible or encounter other issues without receiving a response, the designer will proceed with alternative arrangements.
VI. Handmade creations may vary slightly in size due to different crafting methods and individual techniques; this is considered normal.
VII. Participants are expected to adhere to venue rules and follow the designer's instructions. Any damage caused by non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
VIII. If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons beyond the brand's control, no refund will be issued.
IX. In the event of a class cancellation due to force majeure, the brand will proactively arrange for rescheduling. For typhoons, the official cancellation standards of the event's location will apply for class cancellations and rescheduling, regardless of the participant's location.
X. The brand may take photos and videos during the experience for promotional purposes on Legal Girl Floral Studio's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring participants may be used for event recaps or other recruitment and promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event, and we will make arrangements accordingly.
