Cultural travel design backpack-Yingge style

The design process of the cultural travel backpack is based on neighborhood visits, street scene collection, and photography records, to experience the creative inspiration, emotional memory, and cultural context brought by the city. After shooting in the Yingge area, 7 photos were selected, the local symbolic colors were captured from the photos, and 7 corresponding styles were designed. Yingge is famous for its ceramic exhibition industry. Innovative designs can be seen everywhere in Yingge Old Street, which is combined with art and cultural activities to create a unique Yingge-style aesthetic. The colors of Yingge are mainly taken from the pottery industry. Some are merchants selling porcelain on the street, some are the texture of brick walls, there are also well-known tea drinking venues and pottery workshops, and there are also unique spaces that retain kilns. I hope it will show through The colors conveyed through the photos show the humanistic side of Yingge's craftsmanship. The backpack is lightweight and provides users with ample storage space. The bag is designed with 2 mezzanines. The main layer can be used to store notebooks, water bottles, and umbrellas. The front mezzanine is convenient for placing small items such as pens and keys. Users can adjust the length of the strap according to their shoulder or side carrying habits and collect items at any time during active walking. Each backpack comes with an internal label describing the scenery and color photos and a pencil case that can be hung externally. The pencil case can be used as a storage package. After rolling up the strap, it is fixed with a rope at the top of the pencil case and a hardware fastener at the end. The Yingge style uses a Khaki ribbon with Yingge red side markings. The pen bag cooperates with a local electric embroidery manufacturer in New Taipei to embroider unique regional place names. The New Taipei City Cultural Foundation, a legal person, hopes to promote the cultural and historical development and industrial characteristics of different regions in New Taipei City through field surveys, interviews, and the design of cultural travel objects, combined with life aesthetics, and rethink the community environment in the process of entering the local area. relationship, in order to convey the spirit of humanities, history and local industries, so that the unique local scenery of New Taipei can be seen.
