| Health & Safety Measures |
1. In response to pandemic prevention needs, instructors have undergone testing and are confirmed to be safe before commencing classes. Temperature screening and alcohol disinfection facilities are provided to ensure the safety of participants.
2. If the pandemic situation escalates after registration, registered participants who wish to reschedule or cancel their course may contact the organizer to handle relevant matters.
3. Upon entry, please sanitize your hands with alcohol spray and have your forehead temperature measured. Those with a temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be permitted to attend the class. Masks must be worn throughout the duration of the class.
4. No refreshments will be provided in the classroom; please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!
| Refund Policy |
3. In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to change the date or modify the experience content.
4. For cancellations made 5 days (inclusive) or more before the class date, rescheduling (limited to one change) or a refund is possible, but a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
5. If you are unable to attend a rescheduled session within 2 months of the original date, you may opt for a refund.
6. Classes will commence with a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, participants will be notified of rescheduling or a refund before the class begins.

7. Participation is limited to the registered individual. If a child wishes to participate together, an additional fee of NT$200 will apply for the extra seat.
8. In line with environmental protection efforts, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own shopping bag to carry your creation.
9. After purchasing a course, you are welcome to contact customer service, and a dedicated representative will arrange a suitable time for you to attend as soon as possible.
10. Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop and will be uploaded to the NEIGHBOR FOREST social media after the event for recording purposes, promotional activities, or other recruitment channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member at the event.
