Please read the following important information carefully: ⭕ Basic Understanding: Due to differences in color settings between computer/mobile/tablet screens and printing output, there will be color variations between what you see on screen and the printed product. If you require exact color matching, please do not place an order! ⭕ All custom orders require a bleed (safe area) to prevent graphics and text near the edges from being cropped. ⭕ To provide a convenient service for our unique, custom-made items, we offer in-store pickup payment. We kindly request that all buyers complete their pickup. Failure to do so will result in legal action, and we will not tolerate such breaches of trust. ⭕ Buyers will be responsible for the cost of the original order plus shipping and re-shipping fees if an order is not picked up and needs to be resent. ⭕ Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there is a product defect, we will remake and reship the same item. Refunds or returns are not available. We also do not accept returns based on subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic preferences.
