Message the artist to confirm date, location, and number of guests. 2. If you have special requests, please discuss them beforehand. (e.g., wishing to add a logo/specific symbol in the bottom right corner) 3. Confirm if you'd like to add the commemorative wooden stand set. 4. **Pay a 30% deposit in advance** (The remaining balance + Transportation Fee is due the day before the event). 5. Meet and complete the event on the scheduled day. **Event Flow** 1. Guests visit the booth for the artist to take photos or send photos to the artist. 2. Each artwork is recommended for 2 people, with a maximum of 4 people (bust portrait). 3. Guests receive a numbered ticket. 4. Pick up artwork before departing. --------------------- **Important Notes** *Each event has a minimum booking of 2 hours, with an additional NTD 2,500 per extra hour. *Approximately 5-8 artworks can be completed per hour. *Recommended for 2 people per artwork (maximum 4 people): **The more people, the longer the time required.** *Transportation Fee starts at 300, calculated from New Taipei City. *For a large number of guests, the artist will bring an assistant (no extra charge). **Key Information** *To ensure a good experience for all guests, **each guest can only be featured in one artwork at a time** (Special requests can be discussed, or repeat drawings can be done after all guests have had their turn). *In case of unforeseen circumstances: If canceled **7 days before the event**, the deposit is non-refundable, but the booking can be postponed once (within 3 months). *If the number of people in line exceeds the capacity, the artist will stop distributing tickets early. (If you wish to continue, please add extra hours if the event time runs out before completion). *If artworks remain unfinished by the end of the scheduled time, the artist will determine whether free follow-up drawings can be provided. **Conditions for Follow-up Drawings** *If you wish to have the artwork completed and collected on the day, please opt for additional hours. *Maximum follow-up drawings per event: 4 artworks.
