2.**Flower Art Course Specifications**[If you are temporarily unable to attend, how to transfer classes / ask for leave]
If there is a need to withdraw from class due to personal factors (such as overtime, physical discomfort, family affairs, etc.), the following regulations will be followed:
1. On the day of the course: Applicants: Make-up lessons or refunds are not allowed; however, the course quota of the day can be transferred to others (only for the course of the day).
2. Within 3 days of the class start date: Flower materials can be collected within 3 days of class start. If the flower materials wither or are not collected due to overdue, no refund will be made.
3. Within 7 days to 3 days before the start of the course: Those who apply for a refund will be refunded 90% of the actual fee paid, and 10% will be deducted as a handling fee for course cancellation.
4. Cancellation of registration and refund method: Please apply in accordance with the platform specifications, and take the initiative to inform Xiangxiang. After receiving the application, we will return the refundable amount to the designated account you filled out within 7 days.
