▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class is proceeding before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be counted towards the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, 90% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, 80% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original class date, provided you proactively select a new session. Failure to notify us of a new session will be considered a forfeiture of the fee. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
・For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be granted, as materials and venue arrangements will have already been finalized. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, those arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows and forfeit their registration.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account holder name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・This activity is open to individuals aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to accompany participants or join the session, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or if there are special circumstances requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the minimum enrollment of 6 people is not met two days prior to the scheduled start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting classroom. This course includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or provide a refund.
・Event photography may be conducted by the organizer as needed and will be uploaded to xiabenhow's social media channels after the event. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event documentation or other promotional purposes in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and special arrangements will be made.
