If you do not have a wedding photo, please provide a favorite wedding photo and a photo of yourself at a similar angle to the example wedding photo. (This helps the illustrator with reference.) 3. Production time is approximately 20-30 days (may vary slightly depending on discussions). 4. After confirming the style and completing the layout, minor revisions are allowed twice. (More than two revisions or significant changes to the illustration will incur additional design or redrawing fees.) 5. We use standard printing methods. There may be color variations across different computer screens. Please do not use your computer screen as a standard for color matching envelopes or artwork. If you have strict color requirements, please refrain from ordering. 6. Due to manual cutting, finished paper products like cards may have a reasonable size variation of 3-5 mm. Please be aware of this. 7. Illustration files are not provided in any format. If needed, they must be purchased separately. 8. This is a customized product. Once the drawing process begins, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
