**I. Contents** 1. Portrait Cookies (2 pieces): Each portrait cookie measures approximately 12 x 10 cm, depending on the provided photo. 2. Signature Cookies (2 pieces): Each signature cookie measures approximately 6 x 4 cm, accommodating up to 2 Chinese characters or 10 English letters. 3. Double Heart Cookies (2 pieces) 4. Exquisite Gift Box & Bag Outer box dimensions: 33 × 17.5 × 6 cm **II. Ordering Process** 1. Place your order and complete the payment. Please fill in your name in the remarks section. 2. Send us a private message to upload your photo and indicate your desired delivery date. Please note that due to high volumes during holidays, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. 3. Designer will create and ship your order (approximately 7-10 days for delivery). **III. Photo Guidelines** 1. Please provide a clear, front-facing photo (side profiles are not recommended). You may submit multiple photos for the designer to choose from. 2. Image resolution should be greater than 1920 x 1080 px. 3. If the photo contains more than one person, please clearly indicate who you wish to have depicted. Due to production limitations, we cannot create two individuals on a single cookie. 4. To upload your photo, click "Contact Designer" on the product page and then "Choose File." You can provide a real-life photo or a Q-version illustration; the cookies will be made in the style of the photo you provide. **IV. Storage Instructions** Our cookies are made without preservatives and can be stored at room temperature for three weeks, based on the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Please keep them in a cool, dry place at room temperature; refrigeration is not necessary. For the best flavor, we recommend consuming them within two weeks of arrival. **V. Delivery Options** 1. **In-Person Pickup** (If you wish to arrange pickup, please message us first to set up free shipping.) A) Time: Weekdays 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Please confirm your pickup time at least one day in advance. B) Location: Taipei Metro Zhongxiao Fuxing Station. 2. **Post Office Delivery**: NT$85 for delivery within Taiwan's main island. We will ship your order 2 days prior to your desired arrival date. (Note: Postal workers will not call recipients. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. If delivery is attempted twice without success, the package will be held at a nearby post office for pickup.) 3. **Convenience Store Pickup**: NT$70 for delivery within Taiwan's main island. We will ship your order 4 days prior to your desired arrival date. **VI. Important Notes** 1. As these are custom-made products, they are not subject to the Consumer Protection Law's "7-day hesitation period." Therefore, orders cannot be canceled, and returns are not accepted after placement. 2. We take photos of the portrait cookies once completed. If you wish to see a preview before shipment, please send us a private message. However, modifications to the finished product cannot be requested. 3. The portrait photos you provide are used solely for cookie production and will not be shared externally. However, the cookies are the designer's creations, and the designer may post photos of them on brand pages such as Facebook and Instagram. If you prefer not to have them publicly displayed, please inform us in advance. Thank you! 4. Delivery dates cannot be specified. For home delivery, orders will be shipped two business days before your desired arrival date. For convenience store pickup, orders will be shipped four business days prior. For example, if you wish to receive your order on Friday, January 28, 2022, home delivery will be shipped on Wednesday, January 26, and convenience store pickup will be shipped on Monday, January 24. For urgent needs, we recommend arranging for in-person pickup as a more reliable option! 5. Cookies will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap. However, some impact during transit may occur.
