The slip casting process requires the walls not to be too thick, hence the hollow design. After manual trimming and refinement, it undergoes bisque firing for basic structural integrity. The glazing process follows, and after the glaze dries, it is fired at over 1230°C. Upon cooling, the glaze surface is inspected for smoothness. Subsequently, overglaze enamels and liquid gold are applied for decorative patterns, followed by another kiln firing at 800°C.
