As an adult, I enjoy real cherries, both tart and sweet, and I also like using Sangue Morlacco cherries in desserts. It seems a regular-looking filled cake can be quite alluring 🍷 b. Muscat Dacquoise Muscat grapes possess an almost perfume-like intense aroma, but the truly delicious ones are the bunches that balance bright acidity. Imagine this atop a Dacquoise base, with its nutty almond aroma. The layered flavors of sweet and tart grapes, caramelized sugars, should be wonderful~ The only issue is, we seem to have made this dessert too large; it would require a low-sweetness, crisp white wine to accompany it. And this is the kind of moment that sparks inspiration for writing :) c. Caramel Nutella Birthday Cake Adorned with freshly baked nuts, the cake body gains a delightful chewiness and the creaminess of the frosting gains a touch of mature sweetness! Finally, a candle is placed on top, symbolizing blessings. When designing this, I thought of hoping you have a very happy year ahead, and that we can practice 'from habit to happiness' together.
