・After checking in at the store and confirming your design, if you wish to change the style (only styles with available materials can be chosen), you may pay the difference. No refunds are provided for exchanges to lower-priced styles.
・Class reservations are for the reserved spot only. If you have a companion, their presence will be accommodated based on available space in the classroom on the day, but they will not be able to participate in the experience.
・Please arrive punctually at your reserved time. To ensure sufficient practice time during the experience, please do not be late.
・During the class, the instructor will demonstrate once, and students will use practice materials for one attempt before working with the formal materials. If an irreparable flaw occurs due to a personal mistake, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
・The silver ring class takes approximately 2-3 hours (depending on the complexity of the design). After the class, the instructor will spend about 2 hours on the final finishing and polishing of the piece (you can explore the nearby area and return to pick it up). If you wish to take your finished piece on the same day, the latest reservation slot is 3:30 PM. If you do not require same-day pick-up, you may book an evening slot, and we can mail the finished piece to you (free shipping) or you can pick it up later.
The "Metalworking Handcraft Class" is an introductory formal course in metalworking. Taught one-on-one by a professional metalworking instructor with demonstrations, and using a diverse range of tools, participants must be high school students or older and able to strictly follow the instructor's teaching methods to ensure learning safety.
・It is mandatory to adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe operation of tools and equipment. Students are required to wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the class, with the non-compliant party responsible for any resulting hazards.
・If a typhoon or other natural disaster occurs on the scheduled class day, the class will be suspended according to the government regulations of the store's location, and a new date will be scheduled.
・The company reserves the right to change course details. In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting store activities, participants will be notified in advance to reschedule.
