Important Notes // 1. Colors may appear differently on each computer/phone screen, and there will inevitably be slight color variations in printing. Each customized product will have a unique outcome. Perfectionists, please refrain from ordering! 2. Please provide your favorite photo. If you wish to change the photo after the draft is completed, a modification fee of NT$100 per photo will apply. 3. The product will be presented naturally, with adjustments to lighting and tone; no beautification filters will be applied. If this is a concern, please provide a beautified photo yourself. Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Customized items are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product to another customer.) In cases of defects, missing items, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will also not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions // 1. Select the item you wish to customize and complete the order and payment. 2. After completing the order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical product designs, a draft will be provided for your review and confirmation within 1-3 days. 6. After your confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer, as indicated in their respective product descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once your printed product is packaged. Early arrival will result in earlier dispatch.
