・If you wish to change your style after confirming at the studio, you may do so by paying the price difference (only for items with available materials). Please note that no refunds are provided if the new style is lower in price.
・Class enrollment is for registered participants only. Any companions are subject to space availability and may not participate in the experience.
・Please arrive on time. To ensure you have sufficient practice time, please be mindful not to be late.
・The instructor will provide a demonstration and provide practice materials for you to try before working with your final materials. If irreparable damage occurs to your piece due to personal error, additional materials must be purchased.
・Classes last approximately 2~3 hours (depending on complexity). Afterward, the instructor will take about 2 hours to perform fine finishing and polishing (you are welcome to explore the area and return to the shop later). For same-day pickup, the latest available time slot is 15:30. If you do not need same-day pickup, you may book an evening session; we can mail your finished piece to you (free shipping) or you may return to collect it, saving you the 1.5–2 hour wait.
The "Metalworking Workshop" is an official introductory course. Classes are taught by professional metalworkers with one-on-one demonstrations. Due to the variety of tools used, participants must be at high school age or above and must strictly follow the instructor's methods to ensure safety.
・You must follow all safety instructions for tools and equipment. Students must wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes. Failure to comply may lead the instructor to halt the session, and the student will be held responsible for any consequences resulting from unsafe usage.
・In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons, class status will follow the local government's announcements for the shop location, and a new date will be arranged.
・We reserve the right to modify courses. Should a session be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you in advance to coordinate a new date.
