・Upon checking in at the store and confirming your chosen design, you may switch to another style (only available for designs with materials on hand) by paying the difference. However, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to designs with a lower price.
・Workshop registration secures your spot. If you wish to bring a companion, their participation will be subject to classroom space availability and they will not be permitted to join the experience.
・Please arrive punctually for your scheduled appointment. To ensure ample practice time during the workshop, kindly avoid being late.
・During the instruction, the artisan will provide a demonstration and allow students to practice once with provided materials before working with the final materials. If a finished piece cannot be remedied due to personal error, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
・The workshop experience typically lasts 2-3 hours (duration may vary depending on the complexity of the chosen design). After the class concludes, the artisan will require approximately 2 hours for finishing and polishing the piece (you are welcome to explore the nearby area and return for pickup). If you wish to collect your piece on the same day, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If you do not require same-day pickup, you may book an evening slot, and we can arrange for your finished piece to be mailed (free shipping) or collected later.
The "Metalworking Handcraft Workshop" is an introductory, formal course in metalworking. Taught by a professional metalworking artisan with one-on-one demonstrations, it utilizes a diverse range of tools. Therefore, participants must be high school or vocational school age (or older) and capable of diligently following the instructor's guidance to ensure safety during the learning process.
・It is imperative to adhere to the instructor's guidance on the safe operation of tools and equipment. Students are required to wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the workshop. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the session, with the individual responsible for any resulting hazards.
・In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be canceled in accordance with the government regulations of the district where the store is located, and a new date will be arranged.
・The company reserves the right to modify course details. In the event that a store activity cannot proceed as planned, advance notice will be provided to coordinate a change in the workshop date.
