Class Time: The duration varies based on individual progress, so the class may end earlier or later. Please allow some flexibility in your schedule.
The maximum class duration is 6 hours. If the class exceeds 6 hours, an additional fee of $250 per hour will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
Please discuss your intended project with us before the class to minimize discussion time during the session and maximize your crafting time. 😊
Transportation: 1. MRT: Take the exit from Longshan Temple Station (Exit 3) and walk for approximately 6 minutes.

Minimum Participants: Classes can commence with just 1 participant. The maximum capacity is 5 people. Group bookings are welcome!
Fee Includes: 7g of Japanese Art Silver Clay / Pure silver consumables / Instructor fee / Venue fee / On-site tool rental. (We will provide a little extra silver clay.)
Optional Add-ons: If you require a pure silver chain, you can purchase 16 or 18-inch chains during the class.
Simple 16-inch chain: $130 / 18-inch chain: $150
Alternatively, you can upgrade to a bracelet for an additional $180.
If you have leftover silver clay, don't worry!

Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued. (Please leave a message if you have special circumstances.) 😊
No water or beverages will be provided at the venue. Please bring your own to drink.
Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the course (excluding the start date) will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the course (excluding the start date) will incur a 50% service fee.
Cancellations notified 3 days before the course or on the day of the course are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
If you choose to discontinue the activity before its completion due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be provided.
We recommend transferring your spot to someone else if you need to cancel within 6 days before the course. Please be sure to inform us of the transferee's name and contact information.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or typhoons, we will contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
Date Change Policy:
Date changes can be made between 6 days and 4 days before the course (excluding the start date), but only one change is permitted.
Activities for which the date has been changed are not eligible for cancellation.
Date changes are not accepted 3 days before the course or on the day of the course.
