Handmade characteristics or techniques (like air bubbles or granules) that arise during production are not considered defects and generally do not affect the normal use of the product. 6. We recommend against soaking shoes, bags, or accessories in water for cleaning (this applies generally). Items may not return to their original condition after being worn and scrubbed, and cleaning marks may be visible. Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe away foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packed in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during shipping and may incur dents or creases due to transit. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For bags featuring floral or printed fabrics, the pattern placement is randomized, and each item's pattern distribution will differ. By ordering, you acknowledge this variation. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; actual product colors are definitive. Handmade dimensions may have a 1-3cm variance within international standard tolerances. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards) will include authorization marks or official logos. Please do not attempt to replicate. **Return & Exchange Policy** 1. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Promotional offers (e.g., free shipping, discounts for reaching a certain amount/quantity) cannot be partially returned. If you wish to return part of an order with such promotions, please return the entire order and reorder. 3.
