Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These marks are not defects. Minor indentations and scratches during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid such marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfect products of machine production. However, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually showcasing a unique personal appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. ► Color Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, different batches, and varying storage times, leather colors can differ. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders, so please refer to the actual product. ► About Customization This product is "Made to Order." Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided upon ordering, it is understood that you agree to the designer's choice of "stitching color" and a "blank" finish for "embossed text." As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a reflection period. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
