The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop site. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, national holidays, and unforeseen circumstances). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to discuss expedited production possibilities. Items processed through external workshops require a longer timeframe. These include: Wax-carved items, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
