If you need a piece sooner, we recommend exploring our ready-to-ship items. The images provided are for reference only and the final piece may not be identical. (The primary floral elements will be discussed and confirmed with you before purchase.) **Important Notes** ❄ Due to the delicate nature of dried flowers, minor shedding during shipping is normal. The actual color of the product may vary slightly due to display settings. ❄ Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product has a significant defect. ❄ In line with our eco-friendly policy, we primarily use recycled packaging boxes. If you require a new box, please message us for an additional purchase option. ❄ Gift bags are included with floral gifts. For gift box packaging, please message us to add this service. ❄ Please ensure you record the unboxing process from start to finish. If any damage is found, notify us with the unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery for assistance. **Floral Gift Care** ❄ Keep away from direct sunlight and water. If the environment is too humid, using a dehumidifier is recommended. ❄ The colors of natural flowers will gradually fade over time and with changes in humidity, which is a natural phenomenon. ❄ To remove dust, gently brush with a soft brush or use a hairdryer on a low, cool setting. ❄ For sola wood flowers, you can add 1-2 drops of essential oil to the back for a diffused aroma.
