Polygonum tinctorium, an annual herb of the Polygonaceae family, is primarily used for dyeing, giving indigo dyeing its name. Indigo dyeing is a type of plant dyeing. Through multiple immersion processes and many unpredictable variables, it creates wonderful color gradients and textures. This is the creativity of nature itself, and it's what makes indigo dyeing so captivating, always offering unexpected surprises. **> Plant Dyeing** Plant dyes are derived from nature. Different herbs and plants yield different colors, imbuing textiles with pure, soft hues and a subtle herbal fragrance. Upon the first wash, there may be slight fading, much like colors softened by the passage of time, possessing a natural, tranquil, and lived-in character. **> Care Instructions** 1. Traditional plant-dyed items have undergone water washing and color fixing treatments. Hand-dyed colors may exhibit irregularity and unevenness; each product will have slight variations. Please be aware of this! 2. Plant-dyed items are resistant to dirt and sweat. If soiled, local cleaning is possible. They can be washed in cold water without soaking, and should not be wrung out forcefully. Avoid direct sunlight; hang to dry in a cool, ventilated area. 3. The bracelet can be worn daily during washing and exercise without removal. Considering that cotton fabric takes time to dry when wet, which can affect its lifespan, wearing it during showers is not recommended. **The purer the indigo dye, the less colorfast it will be due to the absence of chemical fixatives.
