Mug dimensions are 98mm in height and 82mm in diameter (excluding the handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside of Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and unavoidable bubbles along the curved edges are inherent to the mug's firing process and do not qualify for returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and cause the surface coating to peel. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Imperfections like small marks or minor indentations that occur during the firing process are considered normal. ● Coaster surfaces may have slight scratches or dust, and the quality of the blank bisque varies by approximately 10% per batch. The ink absorption in the pores of the coaster differs, especially for pink or dark backgrounds, which can result in uneven color blocks or cloudy grey spots. These conditions are normal and not considered defects. Perfectionists should consider this before placing an order. ● Each set of coasters comes with a gift box. The non-slip pads are applied by hand and may occasionally be misaligned. Product images are digitally rendered mockups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may vary slightly and will be subject to the actual item. This product is custom-made. Production begins the day after payment is completed and takes 7-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside of Taiwan. All products in this store are custom-made. Production will only begin after full payment. Once production commences, modifications, returns, or exchanges are not possible.
