Mug dimensions are H 98mm, Diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and air bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process. These are considered normal and are not eligible for return or exchange. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Imperfections such as specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during this process. ● Coasters may have minor surface scratches or dust. Each batch of blank coasters may have approximately a 10% variation in quality. The ink absorption in the pores of the coasters can vary, especially with pink or dark backgrounds. This can result in uneven color blocks or cloudy spots, which are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing an order. ● Each set of coasters comes with a paper box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment is possible. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual product colors and proportions may vary slightly. The final product is the definitive item. This is a custom-made product. Production time is 7-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays), calculated from the day after payment is completed. As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in this store are custom-made. Production will only begin after payment is completed. Once production starts, modifications and returns/exchanges are not possible.
