It was sprung up when our baby girl had teeth, and wanted to make a sound as beautiful as the baby’s laughter, so the "cute teeth" series was born. When the eldest daughter of the creator "Daddy Whale" had just got her teeth in nine months, the sound reinforcement hole shape that she came up with was a smiling mouth with a small baby tooth under her mouth, representing [beginning] Means, I hope that friends who have not been in touch with musical instruments can start their musical journey through this instrument. Kalimba is an extremely easy-to-handle musical instrument, convenient to carry, fixed scale, no frequent tuning, etc... Advantages , Come and "enjoy" music together. About production: Daddy Whale first started to create the Kalimba to make his daughters (now daughters), who are almost 2~3 years old, don’t grab mobile phones and play with them, and specially developed all the processing procedures, such as gluing and coating. The packaging and wood materials are all made of non-toxic and non-plastic materials. For example, gluing: using Elmers water-based white glue imported from the United States, the false adhesion fixing time is 2 to 4 hours, and the complete fixing is 24 to 36 hours. The data is not the information provided by the original factory. It is all the experience data accumulated by the father all the way to make the piano body. Although the production time is long, it is safe and secure when playing, so that the baby can play the instrument happy and healthy. About wood: North American white oak, widely distributed in the northern hemisphere, elegant in color and beautiful in texture, good in wood structure, wear-resistant in use, the heartwood is grayish brown, and the sapwood is white. Most of it is used for decoration materials, furniture materials, and daily life. Some of the supplies, etc. are used to make wine barrels. About painting: There are two types of coatings currently used, environmentally friendly PU and beeswax handguard Wax. The PU we used was originally used for the coating of camping wine glasses. It is a coating for food utensils. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, safe and completely waterproof. And it can be disinfected with alcohol (the painting method that we took several years to find is actually very important in this special period). Handguard beeswax Wax is the raw material used in lip balm, refined palm oil, beeswax and cold protection made of wood Wax. We give priority to PU shipment of the two coatings. If you have special requirements, please leave a message and let us know, thank you. Regarding the production father who always insists on creating with the hearts of his daughters, please "enjoy".
